What can I buy and how do you sell your products?

At Foodie! we sell fresh groceries, baby products, and homemade meals. We sell at market price and deliver what you order to your doorstep in a few minutes. Our aim is to help you live a hassle-free life without the stress of visiting public markets when not convenient.

We sell a variety of items including products we are yet to list on our shelves. Feel free to let our Customer Success Assistant know of products you can’t find.

 Foodie! prepares excellent dishes for families and gatherings. You can bank on us for a variety of sweet delicacies. Our homemade meals are sold only in litres.

Our seasonal groceries have static prices and the measures for the prices may vary with season. However, our measures are often bigger when compared with market measures.

 

Can I pay on delivery? How do I pay for what I ordered?

Foodie! allows our customers to pay for orders less than N5,000.00 on delivery. Our Delivery Agents come with POS machines to enable such payments. You can also pay through transfer to an acoount detail provideed by our Customer Success Assistant.

Orders N5,000.00 and above are required to be paid for before your order is confirmed. We also receive full payment for prepared meals and for our partner products before such orders are confirmed. You will be told of any partner product contained in your order by our Customer Success Assistant while your order is being confirmed.

I will like to order homemade meals but I'm allergic to some food items. How do I ensure you do not add those items to my meal?

Homemade meals are ordered via our click-to-chat service. You will complete your order via WhatsApp. While we will generate our default recipe for you, you can add or remove ingredients before submitting your order.

You can also specify quantities, remove or swap brands just as you wish. When you are certain of the exact recipe you want and have submitted your order, our Customer Success Assistant will issue an electronic bill that lists the items and quantity you’ve specified and you are required to pay before your order is confirmed.

Our Prepared Meals service isn’t pay on delivery.

I already submitted my order but I forgot to add a few items. What do I do? Can you also do some minor food processing for me?

Not to worry, you can still add items to your cart up to ten minutes after your order is placed at no charge at all. Simply contact our Customer Success Assistant with your delivery address and time of order to make the necessary update.

Orders submitted beyond ten minutes may no longer be updated since we will most likely be on our way to deliver your order.

We do minor food processing such as cutting of leaves and grinding of items, but some of such services may attract extra charges.

Can I place my items on your shelf?

Yes, you can partner with us and place your items on our shelves. Our Customer Success Assistant will refer you to our marketing team who will guide you through the process of achieving that.

However, since Foodie! is designed to cater for a particular need, not all items qualify to be placed on our shelves.

We also take the issue of quality seriously and do NOT place substandard products on our shelves

I am outside Awka. Can you deliver to me?

Unfortunately, Foodie! is only providing delivery services within Awka metropolis and its closest environs. We hope to expand our delivery service to other areas soon

Your Customer Success Assistant provided a bill different from what is listed on your site for a food item. Am I being cheated?

No, you are not being cheated. Since food prices change often and we sell at base market price, items may become more expensive or cheaper than they are listed on our website. Our Customer Success Assistant will let you know about any changes in price while confirming your order.
